My name is Paul Kappler, I'm from near Nuremberg, I'm 28 years old, a trained media designer and I work for the games publisher Drei Hasen in der Abendsonne. 

However, I have had the passion for photography for a few years longer! I've been taking pictures since I was about 13 years old and especially when I'm travelling I can't imagine being without a camera. When I was 16, I travelled to Brazil for 4 weeks for the first time and that's when I really learned to love taking pictures and discovering everything with different eyes - that had a big impact on me. 

Since the beginning, however, I have always tried to take photos on my doorstep and to depict our region as beautifully as possible. Also to show that you don't necessarily have to go to typical photo spots or far away to take great photos. In the meantime, I have acquired semi-professional equipment and know-how and am always striving to improve. I am especially fond of nature and macro photography. I hope you like my motifs and I would of course also be happy about a visit to my website or a subscription on Instagram!
